Banana pancakes

The perfect start to a lazy is weekend is pancakes. These fool proof pancakes are simple and eat to make as well as being healthy for you too. Top them with anything you like, such as peanut butter, fresh banana and granola as pictures, or fresh berries and coconut yogurt. 


  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp buckwheat flour 
  • 3 tbsp soy milk
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup 


  1. Combine all ingredients together until smooth 
  2. Cook on a medium heat at flip after a few minutes 
  3. Serve with toppings of choice
