Muesli Bars
Easy to put in the kids lunch boxes or have a snack for your self. This on the go muesli bar will satisfy the 11am or 3pm hunger pangs and provide you with a great source of healthy fats as well.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup goji berries
- 1 cup buckinis
- 1 cup currants
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup slithered almonds
- 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a tray with baking paper.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and press firmly on the lined tray
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
