Peanut Butter Cookies


  • 2 cup oats
  • 4 tbs almond milk
  • 4 tbs peanut butter
  • 2 tbs coconut sugar
  • 8 pieces of Salted caramel Raw Integrity Chocolate


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Place oats in the food process and blend to a flour
  3. Add all other ingredients except chocolate until dough forms
  4. Roll into evenly sized balls and place on tray
  5. Cut chocolate squares in half and squish down into cookie dough ball
  6. Bake for 10minutes.

Makes 16 cookies
