Raw Citrus Slice


Bottom layer

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 orange, juice & rind
  • 1 lime, juice & rind
  • 1.5 cups dates pitted and soaked

Middle layer

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 lemon, juice & rind
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup (sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Top Layer

  • 90g Orange & Lime Raw integrity chocolate


Bottom Layer

  1. Add oats and coconut into food processor and blend until a flour forms
  2. Add citrus juice and rind and combine
  3. Slowly add dates until all combine.
  4. Press into a slice tin and place in fridge.

Middle Layer

  1. Place all ingredients until well combined. It will still be crumbly but will hold when firmly compressed
  2. Press firmly onto bottom layer and place back in fridge

Top Layer

  1. Melt chocolate over the stove top and pour over the coconut layer
  2. Place back in fridge until set. Then cut into slices

Makes 20 slices
